Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • For local home deliveries in the Detroit area, we offer a full money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, let us know, and we will collect the wood and issue a full refund.
  • For products shipped by a delivery service, such as UPS, you must return the product to us, and we will issue a full refund. Contact us at orders@greatlakesfirewood.com for an RMA. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We offer reliable and timely delivery of firewood to eligible destinations within our service area. Our policies include:

  • Shipping Methods:
    • Firewood delivered in the local Detroit area is delivered by Great Lakes Firewood.
    • Deliveries outside the Detroit local area will be delivered by a delivery service such as UPS.
  • Delivery Times: Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days after purchase, depending on availability and destination. Delivery times may vary by availability.
  • Rates: Delivery fees vary based on location and order size. Specific rates are displayed at checkout.
  • Eligible Destinations:
    • At-home delivery is limited to our local service area. Please verify your address eligibility at checkout.
    • Delivery outside our local area is via a delivery service such as UPS.

Return Policy and Process

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, contact us at orders@greatlakesfirewood.com with your order details and reason for return. Further instructions will be provided upon approval of your return request.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement.
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.

To cancel your order, email us at orders@greatlakesfirewood.com with your order number and cancellation request. We will confirm the status of your order and process the cancellation if applicable.
